Barbourville, Ky. (October 15th 2018) – On Monday October 15, 2018 around 6:30 A.M. officer Tyler Teaney with KSP-Commercial Vehicle Enforcement responded to a fatal crash located on US 25E at the intersection of Old 25 in City Limits of Barbourville Kentucky.
Upon arrival and through investigation officer Teaney found 35 year old Lerissa Hall of Bowling Green, operating a black 2012 Volvo tractor trailer when she collided with a green 1999 Saturn operated by 45 year Brian Justice of Artemus, Kentucky.
Hall the operator of the commercial vehicle was not injured in the crash. Brian Justice the operator of the passenger car was pronounced dead on the scene by the Knox County Corners office. Drugs and alcohol are NOT suspected factors in the crash.
