Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Jessica Nicole Riley age 28 of Lily on Friday evening October 12, 2018 at approximately 4:30 PM.
The arrest occurred off Echo Valley Road approximately 6 miles South of London while Deputy Cloyd was conducting an investigation and found that this subject had left a used syringe under the bathroom sink where her four-year-old daughter had access.
This individual was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; endangering the welfare of a minor.
The four-year-old child was placed with other family by social services.
Jessica Nicole Riley was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
