Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root, Major Chuck Johnson along with Detective Bryon Lawson arrested Robert J. Roark age 41 of East Bernstadt on Friday morning October 12, 2018 at approximately 10:20 AM.
The arrest occurred off US 25 approximately 1 mile north of London after this subject allegedly threatened to shoot Sheriff Root and following an investigation was subsequently arrested and charged with terroristic threatening – third-degree.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
