Two arrests / Manchester man charged on outstanding warrant

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner arrested two individuals on Bill George Road just east of London on Friday afternoon October 5, 2018 at approximately 12:18 PM.

The arrests occurred after a subject was found walking in the roadway there and an investigation conducted where it was learned that one of the two subjects had an outstanding warrant. Another individual there was found with a clear pipe used to smoke methamphetamine.

The two individuals arrested were identified as:

Robert Isom age 32 of Manchester charged with prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense; possession of a controlled substance; giving officer false identifying information. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of disorderly conduct – second-degree; public intoxication – controlled substances.

Terrelll J. Taylor age 38 of London charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
