Manchester, KY - Christopher Adkins 29 of Middlesboro, Kentucky is back in custody at the Clay County Jail.
According to Clay County Jailer Linda Smallwood, Adkins walked away from work release on June 29th, 2018 and is now facing a multitude of other charges and an escape charge from Clay County.
He was captured in Bell County on August 12th, 2018 and was transported back to Clay County on August 15th, 2018.
