Burglary in Progress complaint - 3 arrests / Laurel County

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested three individuals on Saturday night July 28, 2018 at approximately 8:48 PM.

The arrests occurred off Byble road, approximately 1 1/2 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress complaint there. When deputies arrived at the scene they observed a male subject climbing out of a mobile home window along with two other subjects found coming out of the trailer and in the trailer. An investigation was conducted and it was determined that the individuals were not supposed to be there according to the owner of the residence.

The three individuals arrested are identified as:

Trenton L. Morgan age 18 of Lily charged with burglary third-degree and burglary and second-degree. This subject was observed climbing out of a window there.

Savannah M. Davis age 32 of Lily charged with burglary – second-degree found inside the residence

An unidentified female subject--identified later as: Alisha R. Ooten age 27 of Lily charged with burglary – third-degree; assault – third-degree – police officer is victim; possession of drug paraphernalia; menacing; resisting arrest; giving officer false identifying information. Also charged on a Laurel District Court Bench Warrant of arrest charging no show for drug tests regarding a a charge of theft by unlawful taking and an FTA in Laurel District Court on a theft charge.  This subject was observed coming out of a mobile home by neighbors carrying a backpack with other subjects who were arrested for burglary. Upon being taken into custody this subject began to fight with officers shoving one deputy to the ground. This subject gave officers a false name and identifying information.

All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
