London, Ky. (August 01, 2018) - On Sunday, July 29, 2018 at approximately 10:15 AM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a call from Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin about a 16 year old juvenile that had been assaulted during an altercation and was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Hospital staff advised dispatch that the assault had taken place at a motel in the Corbin community of Laurel County.
Trooper Jack Riley responded to the hospital and conducted an investigation. Preliminary Investigation indicates that two juveniles had stayed in a room with four adults at the motel the night before and given drugs and alcohol.
Arrested were Alberto Quintanilla, 20, of Lehigh Acres, FL, Michael Jaramillo, 20, of Edinburg, TX, Daniel Olivarez, 25, of Highland MI and Whitney Napier, 21, of Corbin.
All four were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center and charged with Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 1st- Illegal Substance, Under 16 years of Age and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 1st –Illegal Substance, Under 18 years of Age.
Trooper Riley is continuing the investigation.
