Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brad Mink arrested two individuals on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at approximately 11:22 AM..
The arrests occurred off Glenview Road, approximately 1 mile north of London following an investigation conducted by the Sheriff's office into the theft of a reported stolen Jeep Wrangler allegedly taken off Robinson Creek Road near Lily last week on 7-4-18 and found abandoned off Glenview Road on 7-6-18, north of London.
Following an investigation conducted by the Sheriff's office and the development of leads from local businesses who had video footage of possible suspects occupying the vehicle, Sheriff's deputies and detectives arrested two individuals who are identified as: Jeremiah R. Smith age 30 of McGee Road, Lily and Angela D. Smith age 35 of Bolton Ridge Road, Corbin -Both charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more.
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
