Subject wanted on numerous warrants arrested in Laurel County

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested Brian M. Mills age 29 of London early Sunday morning July 8, 2018 at approximately 4:55 AM.


The arrest occurred on Barbourville Road approximately 10 miles south of London after this subject was arrested on numerous outstanding bench warrants of arrest including:

1..A Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court – failed to pay restitution regarding a charge of criminal mischief – first-degree and criminal trespassing – second degree.

2. A Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear for drug court regarding charges of two counts of flagrant nonsupport; persistent felony offender II; probation violation.

3..A Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence; and other violations.

4. A Knox District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500.

5. A Knox District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court.

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
