Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Robert Reed along with Deputy Daniel Grigsby investigated a single vehicle injury traffic crash which occurred on Ky. 80, approx. 10 miles east of London, on Monday morning 6-25-2018 at approx. 8:53 A.M.
The investigating deputies report that apparently a gray colored Dodge lost control, ran off the road, overturning over a guard rail, and came to rest off the road.
The driver was identified as Randy Wagers and was treated at the scene by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, and airlifted by PHI helicopter to UK Medical Center in Lexington.
Also assisting was London Laurel Rescue Squad, and Bush Fire Dept.
