Red Bird, Ky. - On June 7, 2018 Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call about a burglary that occurred at Dewall Senior Citizens building in the Red Bird community of Bell County.
Trooper Don Perry with KSP responded to the scene and began an investigation.
Preliminary investigation indicates a window was broken out of the building. A flat screen TV, keyboard with a stand and the electric meter from the building was taken during the burglary.
Surveillance cameras showed John Roark, 39, of Leslie County entered into the building and leaving with the items.
Mr. Roack was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd degree and lodged into the Bell County Detention Center.
Case is still under investigation by Tpr. Don Perry.
