Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Grigsby arrested David M. Byrd age 33 of Manchester on Monday night April 30, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM.
The arrest occurred off Ky. 770 approximately 10 miles south of London after Deputy Grigsby conducted a traffic stop for traffic violations on a beige colored Chevrolet Silverado and learned during the traffic stop that this individual had outstanding bench warrants in two counties.
This individual was charged on a Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of flagrant nonsupport.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
