Laurel County, Ky - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Chris Edwards is attempting to locate a female subject wanted on a warrant obtained by the Laurel County Sheriff's office regarding an investigation conducted after the Laurel County Ambulance service responded to a call of a female who apparently was having a miscarriage on East Pittsburgh Church Rd. approximately 2 miles north of London on Friday morning March 30, 2018 at approximately 7:18 AM.
The investigators for the Laurel County Sheriff's office learned that on March 27, 2018 there had allegedly been an altercation between the female victim who was pregnant and Cindy L. Caudill where allegedly Caudill had punched the pregnant female victim in the stomach apparently causing the miscarriage of a fetis believed to be 11-12 weeks old.
A warrant of arrest has been obtained for Cindy L. Caudill age 46 of East Pittsburgh Church Rd., London charging - fetal homicide – third-degree. Laurel Sheriff's detectives and deputies have attempted to locate Caudilll throughout the day off East Pittsburg Church Road north of London, and in other locations and are seeking the public's help in locating her now.
