Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Jamie Etherton along with Deputy Jake Miller investigated a single vehicle injury traffic crash which occurred on US 25 approximately 4 miles north of London on Tuesday afternoon March 13, 2018 at approximately 5:24 PM.
The investigating deputies report that apparently a Chevrolet Venture was traveling southbound on US 25 when it traveled out of control in a right hand curve, left the roadway, traveling off the roadway overturning several times before striking a tree there.
The driver was identified as Amy Bell age 34 of East Bernstadt – Injured and transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to St. Joseph Hospital London for treatment.
A six-year-old male juvenile in the vehicle was injured and transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to St. Joseph Hospital London for treatment.
An eight-year-old male juvenile in the vehicle was apparently uninjured.
Assisting at the scene of the crash was East Bernstadt Volunteer Fire department, Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, and London Laurel Rescue squad.
