It is with a heavy heart that I make this announcement:
Amos Parker, a long time member of the Clay County Cruisers, has been called on to make that Great Cruise In in the sky. As is customary, the Clay County Cruisers will plan on a Cruise-in with Amos when he makes his last Cruise here on Earth.
Our condolences go out to Amos' family.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 7th, 2018 at Horse Creek Baptist Church with Anthony Lovett and Scottie Sumner officiating. Burial will follow at the Chadwell Cemetery in the Pigeon Roost Community.
Visitation will be at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 6th, 2018 at the church.
The Clay County Cruisers are asked to drive their Cruise-in vehicles to the church on Sunday and take part in the funeral procession from the church to the Chadwell Cemetary at foot of Big Hill on Hwy. 80 in the Pigeon Roost community.
