Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Jake Miller along with Deputy Travis Napier, Deputy Jamie Etherton, and CSO Brent France were dispatched to a disturbance complaint off East Laurel Road, approximately 2 miles east of London on Sunday afternoon December 3, 2017.
Arrested was:
Austin W. Johnson age 39 of London on Sunday afternoon December 3, 2017 at approximately 4:48 PM.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies overheard this subject yelling at a male subject there and learned that he had allegedly pushed this subject.
Upon arrest, this subject scuffled with deputies briefly before being taken into custody.
Austin W. Johnson was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence; resisting arrest; and menacing and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
