Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Taylor McDaniel along with Deputy Keith Dinsmore and CSO Brent France arrested Ronald Lockaby age 45 of London on Thursday afternoon November 23, 2017 at approximately 4:14 PM.
The arrest occurred of Swiss Colony Lane, approximately 5 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint there that two subjects were chasing each other with baseball bats.
When deputies arrived at the scene they learned that apparently there had been a physical altercation between this subject and a female victim where allegedly this subject reached into the female victim's car and choked her to unconsciousness.
Ronald Lockaby was charged with assault – fourth degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
