Clay County, KY - According to jail records, Paul Duncil age 50 of Manchester was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center on Sunday 11-12-2017 by the Kentucky State Police.
Paul Duncil is being held on a $50,000 cash bond charged with Assault 1st Degree & Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree.
According to a WYMT News report, Duncil used his fists to hit his mother several times all over her body and also threatened to kill her.
