Princeton, Ky. (Caldwell Co.) – On November 13, 2016 #KSPpost2 was requested to investigate an abandoned vehicle located on LR Crow Road in Princeton.
Preliminary investigation by Troopers found that the vehicle contained an unidentified body that appeared to have been in the vehicle for an extended period of time. Due to the condition of the body it was not possible to make a positive identification.
An autopsy has been scheduled at the state Medical Examiner’s office in Madisonville on Monday November 14th.
Foul play is not suspected at this time.
The investigation is ongoing by Detective Matt Foster. Kentucky State Police was assisted by the Caldwell County Coroner’s Office.
Further information will be released pending autopsy results.
