London, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective James Sizemore arrested Terry Blevins age 39 of Hall Road, Clarkrange, Tenn. on Friday afternoon November 4, 2016 at approximately 3:05 PM.
The arrest occurred on Broad Street in London after this subject was charged on a Kentucky parole board sex offender conditional discharge violation warrant charging absconding parole supervision and changing address without approval of parole officer regarding a conviction in Laurel Circuit Court on charges of rape – third-degree; sexual abuse – first-degree – victim under 12 years of age.
Terry Blevins was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
