Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. John Inman along with Deputy Josh Morgan and CSO Judy Morgan arrested Caiden T. Pennington age 20 of London early Friday morning May 17, 2019 at approximately 2:19 AM.
The arrest occurred off North Laurel Road, approximately 1 mile north of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene and while deputies were conducting their investigation, they encountered this individual who created a disturbance while other emergency service personnel were on scene assisting an individual.
Upon arrest this individual struggled briefly with deputies before being taken into custody.
