Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On May 19, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Larry Collins, 30 of Arrowhead Court.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was dispatch to a complaint of a domestic disturbance at the residence.
Upon arrival Deputy Edwards came in contact with the subject hiding under the sink failing to comply to lawful commands with showing his hands portraying to having some sort of weapon hidden.
Subject finally obeyed lawful orders and was arrested without further incident.
