Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On May 17, 2019 at approximately 12:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with CSO Wes Brumley arrested Derhonda Collett, 46 of North Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston initiated a traffic stop for vehicle infractions, upon contact with the driver and through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence.
The subject refused to submit to a blood test and admitted to taking illegal narcotics prior to operating the vehicle.
