MANCHESTER, KY - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: A male subject (name unknown) entered the Manchester Pizza Hut on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at approximately 6:00 P.M.
The male made inappropriate comments to the teenage servers and didn’t pay for his food.
When confronted for payment of the food, he threw a cancelled PNC debit card (belonging to a young female) toward the manager.
The subject, also, reportedly appeared intoxicated and had an open liquor bottle in the seat.
