LONDON, Ky. - Wilma Thompson, 41, of London, pleaded guilty in federal court on Tuesday, before U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, to obtaining a controlled substance through the registration of another and identity theft.

Murray, KY.  – On February 4, 2020, at approximately 4:08 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested James D. Harper, 57, on charges related to possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.
