FRANKFORT, KY - Kentucky State Police (KSP) Lieutenant Emily R. Horton was among 48 graduates who completed the twelve-week Administrative Officers Course at the University of Louisville’s Southern Police Institute. This was the 143rd course the school has hosted and included officers from 18 different states representing 43 law enforcement agencies.

LEXINGTON, KY — Rakim Moberly, 31, of Lexington, was sentenced Friday, to 128 months in federal prison, by United States District Judge Danny C. Reeves, for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
