ALLEN CITY, KY (July 1, 2022) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) is investigating an officer-involved shooting that occurred on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at approximately 6:44 P.M.. EST in Floyd County.

Statement from Attorney General Cameron on Court Ruling to Temporarily Stop Enforcement of Kentucky's Human Life Protection Act at EMW and Planned Parenthood

FRANKFORT, KY (June 30, 2022) – Attorney General Daniel Cameron today released the following statement after a Louisville Circuit Court Judge issued a temporary restraining order to halt Kentucky's Human Life Protection Act as to EMW and Planned Parenthood. The Human Life Protection Act prohibits abortions in the Commonwealth unless the procedure is necessary to protect the life of the mother.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, OR (June 30, 2022) - The Oregon State Police is reporting that on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, OSP Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in Crooked River Ranch in Jefferson County related to an investigation into Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. OSP was assisted by members of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office and the Redmond Police Department.
