FRANKFORT, KY— Unemployment rates rose in 31 counties between October 2022 and October 2023, fell in 59, and remained the same in 30 counties, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics (KYSTATS), an agency of the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet.

Becton Jr. He was a barrier-breaking leader, a model soldier, and a devoted public servant whose integrity and professionalism inspired countless Americans.
