ARREST OF FEMALE IN RED HOODIE DURING INVESTIGATION OF DRUG COMPLAINT AT A STORE ON U.S. 25 IN LAUREL COUNTY, KY

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Nate Bishop arrested Helen Boggs age 40 on Saturday evening February 17, 2024 at approximately 5:19 PM.

BROOKSVILLE, FL MAN ARRESTED AT SCENE OF INJURY TRAFFIC CRASH ON INTERSTATE 75 IN LAUREL COUNTY, KENTUCKY

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Roberts along with Deputy Cyruss McVey arrested Johnathon Brantley age 49 of Brooksville, Florida on Sunday night February 18, 2024 at approximately 8:40 PM.

WILLIAMSTOWN, KY – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at 2:32 AM, KSP Post 6, Dry Ridge was notified of a three-vehicle collision at the southbound 153.5-mile marker of Interstate 75 in Grant County.

Lexington Lab Agrees to $10.4 Million in Civil Judgments to Resolve False Claims Act Allegations; Owner and Lab Officer Sentenced to Prison

LEXINGTON, KY (Friday, February 16, 2024) – The U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Kentucky reports that a Lexington toxicology lab, LabTox, LLC, its owner, Ronald Coburn, 76, and its compliance officer, Erica Baker, 31, agreed to civil judgments totaling $10,458,933 in favor of the United States, holding LabTox, Coburn, and Baker liable for submitting false claims for urine drug testing services to the Medicare and Kentucky Medicaid programs.
