ROBINSON CREEK KY (February 22nd 2018) - Kentucky State Police, Pikeville Post 09 have opened a Terroristic Threating case at the Shelby Valley High School.
At 09:49 Thursday morning Post 09 received a complaint of a juvenile making threats to do harm to students at the school.
The student has been charged with Terroristic Threating and taken to the juvenile detention center in Breathitt County.
The investigation of this case remains open and is being conducted by Trooper Sheldon Thomas.
