London, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Jake Miller along with Deputy Jamie Etherton arrested David R. Tipton age 37 of Manchester on Saturday night January 6th, 2018 at approx. 8:19 P.M.
The arrest occurred off Highway 192 in London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint about a black colored Ford Mustang driving all over the road almost hitting other people.
Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop determining that the driver was under the influence.
This individual was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, and careless driving and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
